Kansas Gov: 'I'll veto fair minded Wichita-style state ban'

I'm not surprised to hear it, especially since I wouldn't mind it becoming law, and that it'd nullify all the strict bans in effect in that state(i.e. Overland Park, Leawood, Olathe, Emporia, Derby, Garden City, Lawrence, etc.).

For those who don't know Wichita's fair smoking law, it allows businesses that deny minors under 18 entry or employment to be smoking establishments(including restaurants, a few in that city actually did this, according to my uncle who lives there), any non-smoking businesses to have a walled-off room for smoking, and it even allows businesses that are normally non-smoking to have a smoking event if they wish. Here's hope that Gov. Parkinson ends up doesn't get another term, beyond his current one filling in for ex-governor Sebelius:
