So I guess when faced with the REALITY being "called out" on the ridiculous nature of such a decision, the few councilcritters with conscience back off. That's heartening.

And no doubt "inspired" by a nanny-state lecture from the folks from "Campaign for Tobacco Free Kids."

This would NOT be the first time that this J&J "charitable" (read: tax-exempt) entity and makers/licensees of Nicoderm, Nicorette & Chantix invaded classrooms and asked kids to beat the tobacco control drum as a "homework" assignment.
